Physioworks Matwork Classes operates from 14 Neal's Yard Covent Garden, London WC2H 9DP. The London Meetings Rooms are next to the 'walk in back rub massage shop'. It has a bright green door.

Once you exit Bond Street Tube station turn left (west) on for Oxford Street till you get to the lights at the junction of James Street and Oxford Street (approx 50m). Turn right and walk down James Street till you get to the lights at the corner of Wigmore Streets and James Street. The continuation of James Street is Mandeville place. No. 4 is on the right hand side of the road a few metres from the lights you have just crossed. There are parking meters for street parking through out this area.

Once you exit Covent Garden tube (there is only one exit) turn left. You will reach the corner with Long Acre. Almost across the road but a little to the right is the pedestrianised street – Neal Street. Go down Neal Street till you get to Shorts Gardens. Turn left. A small alley way on the right is evident – this is Neals Yard. Ignore the beckoning smells of good food and as you walk into the Yard, the ‘green door’ on your right hand side leads down to the Studio.
